This system is designed so donors can easily manage their own accounts at all times. Basic Features

• The Thaetus IBDS is customized to integrate into your current website.
• Donors register in two simple steps.
• Donations may be made by credit card or bank withdrawal.
• Donors can manage their donations and account information at all times.
• The frequency of donations is tailored to the individual's preference, including options for one-time, weekly, and monthly.
• Special cause donations can be made to accommodate one-time events such as a building fund or a fundraiser.
• All donations made by the individual are tied directly to the organization’s accounting system.
• Thaetus will assist the organization with material to help donors feel comfortable with the product.
• Organizations can create customized thank you e-mail messages.
• Organizations can use the mass e-mail utility to send notifications to all donors.
• Records can be downloaded into the organization's financial management software. This includes adding custom ID's, making it easy to integrate the data.

Set-up Process

In order to begin using the IBDS, Thaetus will walk you through every step of the setup process.  This will include the following steps:

1. We will set up a merchant processor account for your organization.  If you already have one, we can use that.
2. We will set your organization up with an Internet gateway account.  You will be provided with a number of options based on your preference (view the merchant account page).
3. If you would like your organization to receive automatic bank account withdrawals, we can help you with that as well. Thaetus has the lowest cost option available on the web today (ACH processing).
4. Once we have completed the steps above, Thaetus will work with your organization to configure our system to fit your needs.

Security

The Thaetus IBDS system has been reviewed by DeployGuard.com.

1. Thaetus LLC follows the strictest security guidelines and processes in implementation of our technology. To show our committement to security we have also had these guidlines and our security implementation reviewed by a third party company, Deployguard.com.
2. In addition to an overall review, Deployguard has validated our software follows PCI compliant standards.
