How does a donor manage their account?

The Thaetus IBDS allows donors to manage their accounts through the "Donor Portal".  This "Donor Administration" is customized to the look and feel of your organization’s website.  This allows donors to setup donations, make changes to donations, add donations to special causes, update their information, print tax receipts and other account options 24/7.  This will not only allow your donors more flexibility but will save your organization time and money in handling phone calls, sending tax receipts, etc.  Please watch our video to see how a donor can manage their account.
